An opportunity to bring children to our year 3 and 4 cross country festival and team relays event. We will be offering 4 age/gender cross country races; year 3 girls, year 3 boys, year 4 girls and year 4 boys.
Year 3 athletes will be challenged to run the approximate 750 metre course.
Year 4 athletes will be challenged to run the approximate 900 metre course
Once all the four races have been completed, we will offer age/gender teams to participate in a cross country relay. An age/gender team should consist of 4 athletes who will each run a lap (in turn) of the relay course. The final athlete must run across the finishing line.
Children should run for their own motivations. We will not be collating results in the individual races.
Each school can bring 16 athletes in total: 4 per age/gender category.
A full risk assessment and essential details will be shared ahead of the event with registered schools.

An opportunity for schools to play in a Bee Netball tournament with a pathway to the Level 3 Finals.
For the purposes of this event a small school is considered to have less than 125 pupils at KS2.
It is recommended that schools only consider entering this event if they have been running a Bee Netball Club in school and players have prior experience of playing matches. A development festival will be offered in terms 5/6 for teams that might be more suitable for schools not quite ready to compete at this level. We are also promoting a Bee Netball Friendlies Family for interested schools.
Maximum squad size is nine players. Team and rotation sheets will be shared in advance.
A Risk assessment and essential information will be shared in advance.

An opportunity to bring a team of swimmers to participate in a primary swimming festival. The majority of scheduled races will be non competitive, but there will be a couple of categories where swimmers can race and be timed. Outside of these races, all events will be non scoring and the emphasis is on providing swimmers with the opportunity to achieve their personal best. The event overview will hopefully guide staff in selecting the appropriate swimmers for each event/discipline. As well as individual events, a couple of fun relays will also be included.
A full risk assessment and essential information will be shared ahead of the festival.
